"T. SLAIGHT" - Fantasy.
3 1/2" high x 2 1/2" wide. All brass. "T. SLAIGHT PATENT JAN.2 55 NOV.12 61
NEWARK N.J." is stamped on the obverse of the case. The patent dates refer to
#'s 12186 and 33715 respectively. These patents were for the Slaight key
operated lever lock. The original padlock was clearly modified. This padlock
does have a working mechanism. This is the first one that I have seen ... May 2007 |
